Our Work
At the Unjustly Served Foundation, our work is rooted in protecting service members, supporting survivors of military sexual trauma, and preventing future harm through advocacy, education, and systemic change. We work to amplify survivor voices, promote accountability, provide access to resources and community support, and raise awareness about the lasting impact of MST. Through outreach initiatives, partnerships, education campaigns, and survivor-centered programs, we are committed to building a culture of trust, transparency, safety, and respect within the military community and beyond.

Unjustly Served
Unjustly Served is a survivor-centered book that gives voice to the realities of Military Sexual Trauma (MST),
experienced by both men and women across all branches of service.
Through firsthand survivor accounts and clinical insight, the book documents what happens when harm is
ignored, accountability breaks down, and survivors are left to navigate the aftermath alone.

A.C.C.E.S.S
A.C.C.E.S.S. is a confidential, peer-to-peer support program for veterans and their caregivers navigating VA claims, benefits, and discharge-related processes.
We are not the VA. We are not attorneys, VSO's, or medical providers.
We are veterans and experienced caregivers who understand these systems because we have personally lived and navigated them.
A.C.C.E.S.S. exists to walk alongside you—so you don’t have to face complex, overwhelming systems alone.

B.A.R.E.S
B.A.R.E.S. is a national framework designed to:
-Ensure harmful behavior is documented and preserved
-Prevent repeat offenders from quietly transferring or advancing
-Protect survivor records so trauma does not erase eligibility for care or benefits
-Create continuity between Department of Defense and Department of Veterans Affairs systems
-Replace silence with traceable accountability
