Military Sexual Trauma is not a Workplace Hazard!

Military Sexual Trauma should never be accepted as a consequence of serving our country. Every service member deserves safety and dignity, and every survivor deserves support, respect, and accountability.
 
Unjustly Served Foundation is raising funds to travel to Washington, D.C., to advocate for the proposed B.A.R.E.S. Act: Behavioral Accountability, Reporting & Exposure System.
 
B.A.R.E.S. would address gaps that allow records of harmful behavior, retaliation, and failures in command response to remain disconnected across commands and time. The proposed framework would preserve relevant records, connect information, help identify patterns, and support independent review while protecting privacy and due process.
 
Our goal is to meet with congressional offices, explain the proposal, and build support for a legislative path forward. We are bringing a clear message to Washington: protecting those who serve requires meaningful action, stronger accountability, and a commitment to preventing future harm.
